Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy – Recurring Subscriptions

If, for any reason, you want to cancel your membership/recurring subscription, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns below:

The following terms are applicable for recurring purchases only with Jabbers LLC. All other membership purchases are nonrefundable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your membership at any time without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by providing the name of the account (card holder), child name, and a phone number to contact you. You can inform us of your decision by email at jabbersllc@gmail.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive your email. If the return falls within the window of return, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase or cash.

Return Rights

You may request a refund within the first 5 days from the renewal date of your membership, as long as you have not used your membership within that time window.

If your 5 day window has passed, we reserve the right to deny your refund or grant you a partial refund at our own discretion.

If your cancellation falls after the 5 day grace period for return, your membership remains active until the next renewal date of your membership.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any payment that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify the refund terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
